1. Scope<\/h2>

These terms and conditions apply to all orders for goods and bookings of carving courses made through the Holzkunst Eder online shop.<\/p>

Any terms supplied by the customer are not accepted unless their application has been expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>

2. Conclusion of the contract<\/h2>

The presentation of products and courses in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.<\/p>

By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products or book a carving course.<\/p>

The contract is concluded by order confirmation or dispatch of the goods.<\/p>

3. Prices<\/h2>

All prices are in euros and include statutory Austrian VAT.<\/p>

Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.<\/p>

4. Payment methods<\/h2>

The following payment methods may be offered:<\/p>

  • Credit card<\/li>
  • Apple Pay<\/li>
  • Google Pay<\/li>
  • EPS<\/li>
  • Klarna<\/li>
  • other payment methods provided through WooCommerce Payments or Stripe<\/li><\/ul>

    Payments are processed through Stripe or WooCommerce Payments.<\/p>

    5. Delivery<\/h2>

    Delivery is available within Austria and to other countries of the European Union.<\/p>

    Delivery times may vary depending on the product and current workload.<\/p>

    The customer will be informed if a product is temporarily unavailable.<\/p>

    6. Retention of title<\/h2>

    The goods remain the property of Holzkunst Eder until payment has been made in full.<\/p>

    7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>

    Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal described in the separate cancellation policy.<\/p>

    The cancellation policy forms part of these terms and conditions.<\/p>

    8. Returns<\/h2>

    The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>

    To conserve resources, please check orders carefully and avoid unnecessary returns.<\/p>

    9. Carving courses<\/h2>

    Registration<\/h3>

    Registration for carving courses is made through the online shop.<\/p>

    A binding contract is created when the booking is completed.<\/p>

    Deposit<\/h3>

    A deposit may be required for carving courses.<\/p>

    The amount of the deposit is stated in the respective course offer.<\/p>

    Remaining payment<\/h3>

    Unless otherwise stated, the remaining amount must be paid no later than before the course begins.<\/p>

    Cancellation by the participant<\/h3>

    The following conditions apply in the event of cancellation:<\/p>

    • up to 30 days before the course begins: refund of the deposit less a \u20ac20 processing fee<\/li>
    • 29 to 14 days before the course begins: 50% of the course fee<\/li>
    • less than 14 days before the course begins: no refund<\/li><\/ul>

      Participation may, however, be transferred to another person at any time.<\/p>

      Cancellation by the organiser<\/h3>

      If a course must be cancelled due to illness, force majeure or insufficient participant numbers, payments already made will be refunded in full.<\/p>

      No further claims exist.<\/p>

      10. Individually made masks<\/h2>

      Individually made masks are currently not sold through the online shop.<\/p>

      Enquiries are made directly to Holzkunst Eder.<\/p>

      11. Statutory warranty<\/h2>

      The statutory Austrian warranty provisions apply.<\/p>

      Handmade products may differ slightly from product images in form, colour, grain and surface texture.<\/p>

      These variations do not constitute a defect.<\/p>

      12. Liability<\/h2>

      Holzkunst Eder is liable for damage only in cases of intent or gross negligence.<\/p>

      This does not apply to damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health, or to claims under mandatory statutory provisions.<\/p>

      13. Copyright<\/h2>

      All content on this website, in particular images, texts, logos, videos, designs and course materials, is protected by copyright.<\/p>

      Use without written permission is not permitted.<\/p>

      14. Applicable law<\/h2>

      Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.<\/p>

      15. Severability<\/h2>
