have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason.<\/p><p data-start=\"259\" data-end=\"311\">The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day<\/p><ul data-start=\"313\" data-end=\"505\"><li data-section-id=\"1ozfl2u\" data-start=\"313\" data-end=\"450\">on which the customer, or a person designated by the customer who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods,<\/li><li data-section-id=\"alzcll\" data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"505\">or, in the case of partial deliveries, from receipt of the last item.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"624\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement must be sent by email or post to the following address:<\/p><p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"731\"><strong data-start=\"626\" right of withdrawal before the period expires.<\/p><hr data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"891\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"dave75\" data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"916\">Effects of withdrawal<\/h2><p data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"1106\">If this contract is withdrawn, all payments received, including delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.<\/p><p data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1264\">The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used for the refund unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><p data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1348\">The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p><p data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1457\">The goods must be returned without delay and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal is declared.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1462\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"ivbc51\" data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1497\">Exclusion of the right of withdrawal<\/h2><p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1536\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1814\"><li data-section-id=\"szxygi\" data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1596\">goods made to customer specifications<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1wsrxcy\" data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1662\">products clearly tailored to personal needs<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ybgely\" data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1814\">services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date of performance (e.g. carving
