Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• on which the customer, or a person designated by the customer who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods,
• or, in the case of partial deliveries, from receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement must be sent by email or post to the following address:

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If this contract is withdrawn, all payments received, including delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.

The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used for the refund unless otherwise agreed.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned without delay and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal is declared.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to customer specifications
• products clearly tailored to personal needs
• services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date of performance (e.g. carving courses)
