THE CARVER
I have been carving masks since 2012. Today, the pieces are made in St. Georgen near Zell am See—from the first drawing to the finished surface.
I work with selected wood, sharp carving knives and many individual steps. Every mask is planned for its intended use and checked for fit, weight and visibility.

The blank is hollowed. Eyes, mouth, cheeks and all details are then carved.

Colour, horns, beard, padding and fastening complete the work.
